Was reading Twilight these few days with close-to-lightning speed.
Anw, almost finishing the story, and I suddenly recalled in this year's December, the Twilight movie will be showing.
I was wondering how will the real life Edward and Bella look like. So I googled.
While reading the story, I pictured someone like the cast who played Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter's Order of the Phoenix movie.
and...
I'm Right!
Robert Pattinson [that Cedric Diggory] will be acting as Edward as well~
and Bella looks cute~

HYD
TGIF!! (Thank God it's Friday) [again]~!
Will be having my last tuition with Radh this afternoon. I don't know if this is going to be the last, cos my tutee's mom was so desperately asking me when will I be free again. I had given the reason that I had to cope with my "Final-Year-Project", so I gotta stop the tuitioning. I believed I didn't lie, cos I AM in the final year, and I AM busy with projects. XD

Catched the movie : Hana Yori Dango (Final) with pea, MY and MY's fren ahS.
Finally, it's FINAL. Looking back, there were so many memories about this *流星花园*
First, I wanna make myself clear that I love this story as a plot, not that I love F4. Who cares about Taiwan's version of F4? [no offence, but i seriously have to admit that the only person who kind of looks like F4 among the quadruple is Hanazawa Rui (花泽类) * I don't even remember that TW guy's name, now that I thought of.]
I wasn't someone who sit by the TV everyday. It was once when I had a little black box TV in my room (during my sec 2 years), that I happened to channel surf on a particular weekday's 6pm. Maybe it was fate, I happened to be watching the first episode of Hana Yori Dango (Anime Version) on the TV. Though the graphics are not totally superb, it had captivated my interest from there.
Since that day, I made an effort to follow the anime series every week day at 6pm. Sometimes, I have to miss the show cos I used to have netball practices. I recommended the show to Pea, and I duno if she did catch it everyday as well, but not long after, I noticed this anime as a manga series in comics connection. It was only available as TW's imported version, so each book cost like $6.30. The manga series was already selling its book 26th. On my 14th birthday, I got the whole series (book 1 to 28), from my family as a birthday present.
Seems like everybody is starting to notice the series, and someone in TW actually makes it into a TW drama, using 4 TW guys and someone whom I dun think resembles 杉菜 (the female lead) at all. Soon, the whole street is full of Taiwan F4 fans. Herr... I think the whole plot is more like clouded by those "err..-pretty-guys"... I duno what they see in their beauty.
I have to admit I hate the song “流星雨”. Those guys cannot sing la. How does it feel when something u like actually gets so superficially commercialized and criticized? Anw, they didn't had enough, they totally change the story again, in TW's version HYD's season 2. Thank you. Which I didn't bother to watch.
Anw, the manga series sort of ended at book 36. I was wondering if the author of HYD actually gets pissed off and decided to just stop drawing. After so many years, I finally decided to watch the Jap's drama version of HYD. Ok, at least IT IS better than TW! At least, I felt that this is what the story is about, and 道明寺 really looks like 道明寺. After two seasons, the story sort of abruptly ended too.
Only now, they decided to make a FINAL movie to this Jap drama. So it was a must-watch. And just few weeks ago, I saw book 37 of the jap manga on the shelves! Haven't got the chance to watch it yet though..

Something was very wrong with the society back then when so many girls chased after this version of HYD. Must have been an epidermic that blurs the sight and confuses the brain.

Jap Class n Movie
おはよう！
I love school in the mornings. Knowing the day is fresh, the school is less noisy and I have much time ahead to spend for the day.
Just finished TC class. It's really really "taihen".. [difficult and tedious]. We were told to do a script write-up for "jikoushoukai" [自己介绍]. Roughly 5 to 6 points that we need to talk about.. and poof! Sensei suddenly says, "Please memorise everything and I will collect your scripts, and you present at the front of the class." (In Japanese)
I am the kind of person who don't wish to forget. But I am also the kind of person who will forget when it's my turn. Haha. So, I can only fill in the silence of my thoughts with "eeto..."[Japaneses think this should be the thing to say to break the silence.]

Finally had a movie outing with my girlfriends, since the start of school.
For girls, our movie to catch was "Cyborg She".
Why this movie?
Pea - Insist on watching it, when she first saw the trailer like millions of years ago
TY - Almost the last outing we have before she went back to TW
Seed - Because it's Jap
Ok. Not a very brilliant story with a blockbuster potential.
Plot: [I AM SPOILING HERE!]
Quite cute boy met a girl on his birthday. Girl came from future. He believed in her, but he duno why. Girl returned to future. Next year [on his 21st bday], he hoped to see this girl again. Girl returned, but she's a cyborg. She's a mystery. She was strong, and has super powers. She also come from the future, and she said she was created by the guy himself, 65 years later.
Guy was very coward. He cried a lot. He got so sad over deaths and tragedies on the TV news. He wanted the cyborg to return to the past to prevent all these tragedies.
21-year-old guy fell in love with the cyborg. Cyborgs have no feelings. His feelings cannot be returned. He tried to make her jealous, but failed. He told her he did not want to see her again.
The next time he saw her, she was saving him from the Tokyo earthquake. The world was coming to an end, and he was happy with her beside him again. But she *died* when trying to save him. (She got trapped under some rubbles and she detached her whole body to remove herself). Boy cried again.
Hundreds of years later, someone (real and alive), who looks exactly like the cyborg saw the cyborg in an auction. She won the cyborg in the auctions and retrieved her memories. She wanted to travel back time and meet the guy. Back to his 20th Birthday. She fell in love with him.
She decided to travel back time again, to the time the earthquake ended, when the cyborg become spoilt. Real girl chooses to stay with guy. Guy will continue his invention on the cyborg.

Movie Marathon
So many good movies these days.
Met up with HM at CWP for the movie "The Mummy 3: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor"
Thanks to HM's UOB credit card, we got to buy two tix for only $7!!
Had our blunch at the Banquet's. Ate the Halal Banmee again.
HM just started school this week, so had a fair share of his school life details. He seems so motivated and enjoying life, while I was so dead, not looking forward to school at all.
Year Ones. Haha.. Pure and innocent.
The movie was great. At least so much better than Red Cliff in terms of the war scenes and plot.
Finished the movie, still had sometime before I left to meet up Pea, and later on, TY. So, HM accompanied me to stroll at CWP. He grew hungry, so we decided to have a tea-time at Pastamania's.
Weekdays 2pm to 5pm, students enjoy 30% discounts off pastas and pizzas!
So, we ordered a chicken cream pasta and chocolate banana pizza to share.
Around 4pm, left CWP to meet Pea at Admiralty's MRT, and we headed to AMK Hub.
Initial plan was to meet TY for a movie [Journey to Centre of the Earth] and dinner. So, we went to buy the tix first. Seed reminded TY about the movie, but TY suddenly had an overtime, so she could not come meet us anymore.
Tried to transfer the bought tix to CWP's cathay instead, and it works~! So, HM decided to join us for the night movie.
Seed and Pea flipped coins to decide whether they wanna eat Ichiban Boshi or Fish & Co.
Fish & Co was the decision.
Pea had some prawn tomato sauce pasta, and Seed had her favorite Fish & Chips.
Walked around AMK hub for awhile and we left for CWP again. Bought some stuff at Watson's and we went to Banquet [again] and had some drinks while waiting for HM to come.
HM came with Sokhong and we tried to get another tix for her, but the cinema was full. Quite a pity that SH could not join us.
So, HM and me saw Brendan Fraser twice yesterday.
Phew... Last 3 days before school reopens.
I want the motivation to go to school!! Where can I get it? =(
